Herman’s experience as a Superintendent supplements his relationship-based project management style and allows him to be flexible while continually planning ahead. He has worked on every type of project in some capacity and, as a result, makes it a point to assure each client that their project is never too small, complex, easy, or overwhelming. Herman has completed over 50 projects with HBC and most recently enjoyed building a space for Fender in Hollywood. He particularly liked the historical significance behind it – Fender moved into what was once the CBS headquarters. The original soundproof window of the CBS radio booth was integrated into Fender’s new recording studio. His love for details and a fast pace makes him an asset to every project he is involved in.
A comment one of our subcontractors told me recently: how does it feel to be a Project Manager in the most successful tenant improvement firm in Los Angeles? I guess I never realized how people view us from the outside [and] it’s humbling!
