Chad approaches business development with great insight and experience from both the client’s and the general contractor’s perspective. His relatable nature enables him to connect with a wide array of people, such as industry partners, colleagues, and clients. One of his favorite moments was co-chairing a charity golf tournament because he was able to connect with a great network of people while raising money for a local children’s charity. In his current role, Chad is working to deepen his existing relationships and help the business development team grow into new market sectors.

HBC supports and empowers their employees, which has a direct effect on their work and the service they provide. Having worked on the client side, HBC has always delivered great results and customer service. After joining HBC, it’s been amazing to get constant feedback from friends in the industry such as, “HBC is such an amazing company!” or “We love HBC!” HBC is already well established in the industry, and I’m excited to be a part of the continued growth of the company.
