Mr. Mark Fuller oversees company policy, executes overall strategy, and serves as part of the top branch of leadership in the company. Since 1994, he has helped HBC evolve into what it is today by nourishing industry relationships and providing value through each interaction. He promotes a family-oriented culture and is a strong advocate of sustainability and diversity throughout the company. Currently, he serves as a Board Member for HBC and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Mr. Bryan Howard has been involved in all facets of HBC during his 28 years at the company, from field supervision to project management and, most recently, business development and marketing. His current role in leading HBC's business development and marketing efforts, as well as administration and operations, allows him to facilitate company strategy, maintain business relationships, and keep a pulse on industry trends.

Mr. Fraser provides executive support to the project management and field operation teams while pursuing every project with a relentless drive for success and promoting client satisfaction. He has effectively managed over 30 million square feet of tenant improvement projects in Southern California, ranging from high profile corporate office projects, law offices, entertainment projects, sound studios and clean room facilities. His expertise and vision ensure the company’s day-to-day processes and diverse personnel are operating at optimal performance.

With over 20 years in construction management, Genevieve drives HBC’s strategic planning and operational growth in Southern California. A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, her efforts have led to measurable improvements in hiring, retention, and community outreach. She has been recognized by the Orange County Business Journal and GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum as an influential leader. Genevieve serves on the board of Women Construction Owners & Executives and is a certified Sustainability ESG Practitioner.

Joseph joined HBC in June 2019, overseeing finance, tax, accounting, treasury, and insurance. He has over a decade of experience in finance, construction accounting, strategy, and business risk management. Prior to joining HBC, he served as an external auditor where he oversaw and led the engagement teams for multiple general contractor and subcontractor attestation projects. Joseph is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional; he holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Irvine and an M.S. in accountancy from California State University, Fullerton.

As a former Director of Human Resources and now Vice President, Mr. Thompson actively shapes HBC's vibrant culture. He focuses on employee support, recruitment, and talent development, approaching each task with openness and a commitment to learning. In 2022, he was named Executive of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal for his work in diversity, equity, and inclusion. He holds an MBA in Business Administration, along with an MS and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Steve is one of the most detailed and quality-minded leaders within our industry. He works tirelessly with HBC project teams to ensure that every project, no matter how complex, is executed to the highest standard. As Vice President in the Los Angeles office, Steve provides invaluable support to all project teams, while also building and maintaining client and industry partner relationships. Steve is passionate about mentoring and strengthening our HBC talent with an emphasis on quality and exceptional client service.

Adam Herig has a proven track record overseeing all phases of tenant improvement construction, and he is particularly adept at handling technical and intricate projects. As an organized and motivational project executive, he adds an additional layer of support for HBC’s projects while keeping the team energized and passionate about the work at hand. Adam provides maximum response, leverages strong subcontractor relationships, and establishes excellent communications with design firms and the client.

With a strong analytical background and creative problem-solving, he addresses complex challenges while balancing the needs of all stakeholders. His blue-chip clients include Capital Group, Disney, Toyota, and other top corporations. Dave’s extensive experience is a valuable asset to our project teams.

Tom Listerud has extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager and excels at handling all aspects of tenant improvement construction. Tom’s ability to navigate the complexities of a project, while maintaining tight control of the schedule and budget, derives from his strength at anticipating problems and solving them. He provides maximum response, and his strong subcontractor relationships and excellent communication helps every project run smoothly.

Olivia has a wealth of experience in identifying and developing strategic growth initiatives and possesses extensive connections within the industry as a result. She is responsible for amplifying HBC's presence in Southern California by developing relationships with new and existing clients. Previously, Olivia worked as a Client Services Manager for a well-respected global design firm, which made her a suitable fit for developing HBC's client relations. She graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany with a degree in Communications.

Chad approaches business development with great insight and experience from both the client’s and the general contractor’s perspective. His relatable nature enables him to connect with a wide array of people, such as industry partners, colleagues, and clients. One of his favorite moments was co-chairing a charity golf tournament because he was able to connect with a great network of people while raising money for a local children’s charity. In his current role, Chad is working to deepen his existing relationships and help the business development team grow into new market sectors.

Jim is an experienced project manager who possesses excellent organizational and procedural skills while being familiar with all phases of interior and exterior construction and major rehabilitation projects. He has the unique ability to handle all sizes of projects from start-up, through construction and on to completion. His attention to detail and troubleshooting skills are an asset to every project.

Jordan plays a pivotal role in nurturing existing client relationships while forging new ones as she explores untapped markets and potential partnerships to expand our client base. Her passion for building and maintaining strong client partnerships aligns perfectly with HBC’s commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. She has an impressive background as a Senior Designer with over 10 years of experience in commercial interiors working at some of the leading architecture firms in the industry. She received her BFA in Interior Design at the New York Institute of Technology.

Pete has a strong awareness of the client's needs and expects the highest level of quality workmanship in all of his projects. With many years of experience as a Project Manager, he has developed a proven approach that ensures efficiency, clear and open communication, and a well-managed project team. Pete has many long-standing relationships with subcontractors and designers, and he draws on these relationships as well as his deep industry knowledge to provide excellent service and deliver exceptional projects to his clients.

Roman is responsible for the marketing, communication, and branding efforts of the company. In addition to service marketing strategies, he manages social media, advertising, and website development. He also oversees company sponsorship and events, marketing training, and more. Previously, Roman worked as a marketing manager for a college admissions services company. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Aside from being able to support a diverse group of people, Sharon has the keen ability to inspire. She motivates the Los Angeles office to continue to grow in their roles, stand up for what they believe in, and give back to the community. Sharon has demonstrated that it is possible to make a difference through adaptability, trustworthiness, and empathy and, in addition to developing training programs, she hopes to play a role in developing the next generation of administrative leaders. She is deeply passionate about bringing diversity into the construction industry, and she works tirelessly alongside the HR department to make HBC a great place to work for everyone.

Maggie Minnella began her career at HBC as a receptionist and has become a respected leader, known for her attention to detail and dedication to her team. As Director of Administration, she oversees our Orange County office, inspiring growth, advocacy, and community involvement. Maggie fosters an efficient, cohesive environment that empowers employees to reach their potential, finding her greatest reward in daily interactions with staff, clients, and colleagues.

Bob has extensive experience in all phases and sizes of tenant improvement construction, and he particularly likes the challenges that large project build-outs present. His dynamic personality and deep knowledge of the construction industry makes him a strong resource. He maintains a firm but fair management style and enjoys supporting the team by sharing what he’s learned through experience. He is particularly skilled at teaching the younger superintendents how to run clean and organized projects. The camaraderie of the company and the family atmosphere is what Bob enjoys most about working for HBC.

In addition to providing orientation training to all new Laborers and Superintendents, Alfredo visits all projects regularly to verify compliance with company policies. This includes ensuring orderly project site presentation, upholding industry safety compliance, and identifying present or upcoming issues that the staff might need help with. He is a proactive leader, which helps him foresee potential problems, and his dedication and focus are paramount to supporting the various people he interacts with on a daily basis. Alfredo’s goals include continuing to learn and grow by attending courses and seminars while encouraging the field staff to instinctively put the quality, safety, and site presentation of their projects first.

Joe’s expertise in complex tenant improvement projects, structural work, site work, and MEP trades enables him to offer unique solutions to superintendents, architects, and engineers while navigating scheduling challenges. He fosters an organized, collaborative environment, encouraging open communication among trades, colleagues, and partners. Believing in the value of team input for efficiency and cohesiveness, he aims to mentor other HBC superintendents by sharing his experience and strategies for effective planning and scheduling.

Years of involvement as a Superintendent has provided Roberto with a wealth of experience from shell and core work to heavy structural remodels and high-end tenant improvements. This knowledge informs his current position of General Superintendent, which includes managing the team’s process in the field. He is adept at communicating effectively with everyone involved, and particularly enjoys supporting project teams and clients. His pragmatic management style and ability to understand all components of a potential problem allows him to act to protect the schedule and budget.
