Project Description

This 50,000 square foot, two-story creative office space is the new California headquarters for one of the largest gaming companies in the world. A biome-themed open floor concept accommodates personal workstations, private offices, specialty rooms, viewing rooms, and social gathering spaces. The creative use of Teknion glazing storefronts and Modernfold framing systems resemble a set of trains coming through the building. A pod-like configuration provides the structure for sound rooms, recording studios, a motion capture room, and a play test area. This design is complemented by a state-of-the-art Echo Eliminator to deaden sound throughout both floors. An integrated data center and multiple IDF rooms provide multi-tiered security and data backup, reinforced by UPS and additional generated power.
