Project Description

This multi-phased repositioning project transformed a high-rise building's ground floor lobby and amenity spaces with features like a conference center with bleacher seating, curved structural glazing, and interior landscape planters. The exterior facade was expanded to include a living green wall and an amenity patio, complemented by a refreshed valet area. Additional upgrades included elevator cab retrofits and the conversion of an upper-level parking area into a gym and wellness space, creating a modern, tenant-focused environment.
