Project Description

This 36,000 square foot multi-floor tenant improvement project consisted of a complete demo and build out. Stone flooring covers the lobby, stairs, lounge, and reception area featuring a custom desk. The IDF room, interconnecting staircase, and elevator lobby were reworked and revamped to complement the new space. Decorative lighting fixtures accentuate the details of the staircase, as well as the reception and conference areas. The scope of work also included one small, three medium, and two extra-large conference rooms with demountable partitions and custom office fronts. Additional employee amenities include two pantries with frameless steel door jambs, a breakroom, a café, a full-service catering kitchen, a mother’s wellness room, and a copy and file storage room with a recladded high density file system.
