Project Description

A creative office space, spanning 25,000 square feet, constructed for a nutritional supplement company in the up-and-coming Arts District. The open floor plan, expansive windows, and exposed overhead ceilings create a collaborative work environment overlooking Downtown LA. Additional features include a gaming area, phone booths, and restaurant-style booth seating. A large test kitchen allows the company to develop their products in-house, while a couple of pantries installed provide employees with a steady supply of their supplements and drinks on tap for company events and get-togethers.
