Project Description
Howard Building Corporation has completed over 170,000 square feet of construction with Carl Karcher Enterprises, Inc. Our relationship with the company started when the brought HBC on to build their new corporate headquarters in Anaheim. The initial 85,000 square foot project consisted of open floor plan work areas with perimeter offices, break rooms and kitchens, conference rooms, training rooms, and a fitness center with locker rooms and showers. A warehouse facility was also included in the original scope, along with a 2,500 square foot data center on raised flooring, and installation of a new 1MG back-up generator.
