UTA, based in Beverly Hills, is one of California's leading agencies representing many of the most prominent actors and models in the world. This high-profile, multi-phased project was completed with such success that an additional expansion phase was awarded. These projects consisted of executive and agent offices, complex voice/data additions and rework, custom furniture and millwork throughout, and innovative lighting design on two full floors.
