This project was 6,000 square feet of interior build out. The space was demolished and received all new ceilings including hard lids in lobby, conference rooms, soffits, and kitchen area, all with upgraded lighting throughout. The main lobby has white stone flooring inlayed 3-form panels, new reception area with stone top and clearstory glass.

All the offices received up grade carpeting, accent wall paint and glass shelving in executive offices. The work stations were custom made mill work which included dividers, workstation tops, undercounted cabinets and work area shelving. The break room consisted of Marmoleum rubber flooring, stone top island area with sink and dishwasher and a Lam-Art plastic laminate base and overhead cabinets. The build-out also required up grades to HVAC, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Life Safety systems.
