Full-floor, 20,000 square foot, interior build-out in Downtown Los Angeles. This MEP intense project features a raised floor component with an adjacent studio, along with after-hours HVAC and back-up emergency power requirements. Also included were perimeter offices, conference rooms and a staff café. This project was completed on an aggressive 12-week schedule and is being nominated for an IIDA Calibre Award.
