Brown & Streza, LLC occupies a 19,000 square foot penthouse suite in The Irvine Company's Class A office building at 40 Pacifica in Irvine, California. When Brown & Streza leased the space, they acquired an already built shell that was a blank slate for what would become their new law offices.

Howard Building Corporation, working with designers from H. Hendy Associates, built the high-end space with an elevated attention to detail. A custom designed stone and mosaic tile reception desk greets clients as they enter the office. Floating hard lid ceilings with recessed lighting defines the reception area space and continues into the main conference room, where pendant lighting features hang from cove ceiling above the conference room table. Floor to ceiling glass partitions provide an expansive feeling from the reception area into the main conference room, and carpet runs throughout the space.

Large presentation and training areas in the office incorprate acoustic movable partitions for dividing the spaces according to need, and audio visual capabilities are flexible to allow for any combination of room layouts. A custom designed 22 foot sliding 3-Form partition allows a catering kitchen to be accessible from the presentation and traingin rooms, while simultaneously serving the employee dining area. High end millwork throughout the office is accented with stone surfaces that recall the mosaic tile reception desk.
