KKBT 92.3 "The Beat" is the #1 urban radio station in the highly competitive Los Angeles market, with an emphasis on "real hip-hop and R&B." This project consisted of general offices and six studio sound rooms. Design elements included unique finishes and exposed ceilings. HBC assisted heavily in value engineering to maintain tight budget constraints.
