This project consisted of two full floors totaling more than 36,000 square feet. 12,000 feet of swing space was created to allow the tenant to occupy the space during construction. The first floor had a fully exposed open ceiling plan to maintain the spacious feeling in this already abundantly large office. The walls and floors were finished with contemporary colors and a modern style. Both floors were completed in 7 weeks.
