The new headquarters project for this fast-food giant totaled 85,000 square feet. A majority of the project consisted of perimeter offices, conference rooms, break rooms and open office space. Specialty areas included a 2,500 square foot data center with raised flooring, a large training room with bi-folding partition, a fitness center with shower facilities and locker rooms, and a warehouse area. Also included was the installation of a 1MG back-up generator.
