22,000 square foot, full floor build-out for leading commercial brokerage real estate firm. The project involved 8 main conference rooms with A/V capability, server room complete with 24 hour air, and open office space. The high-end upgrades included special lighting features and millwork. All work was completed in an occupied space and in multiple phases.
