Existing building with formed-in-place concrete, required cutting through perpendicular beams and extensive shoring for placement of 2 interconnecting stairways.

In addition to upgraded finishes throughout numerous offices, elevator lobbies and computer lab/training room, this build-out featured an extremely large, high-tech boardroom. The 50+ foot board table was integrated with individual monitors, voice lift system with built-in microphones, under-table cabling, concealed drop-down projector lift, and video conferencing area.
