Tenant improvement project that involved 5-floors totaling 140,000 square feet, 46,000 square feet of laboratory, testing and manufacturing space with 94,000 square feet of administrative offices. The laboratory and testing chambers are supported by a new mechanical plant with redundant chillers and air handlers.

The project features high architectural ceilings, radius acrylic wall features at gathering and meeting areas, conference centers on each floor, tele-data center includes FM200 and pre-action fire control systems. The executive floor wall systems are clad with wood and upholstery, and integrated wood clad file systems. Structural upgrades to the building were made for heavy-load moveable files, and extensive mechanical and electrical systems were added.
