This custom built corporate office in Santa Monica is the home to one of the leading music providers to the advertising industry. The facility includes two state-of-the-art sound isolated studios that are surrounded by triple wooden frame sound walls. Work also incorporated a steel catwalk to link mezzanine and executive offices. Finishing touches comprised of unique exposed construction elements.
